大卫·帕特尔-总裁，创始合伙人

Alan Assaf -首席运营官

Mr. Assaf is responsible for developing and executing on the strategic direction of the company and to create and maximize the value of each hotel investment.

Mr. Assaf’s experience includes nearly 25 years in hotel operations and hotel asset management. Prior to joining Indus Hotels he held the position of Vice President of Asset Management for Rockbridge, 这是一家总部位于俄亥俄州的专注于酒店投资的私募股权公司. Andrew Hann has been with Indus Hotels since 2003 and has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. 作为运营副总裁, Andrew provides hands-on leadership to the operations of all the properties in the company’s portfolio.

Janet Boissy, CHSE, CTA - Vice President Revenue Management - E-commerce & 分销服务

Becki Scott -人力资源总监

丽贝卡(贝基)是人力资源总监. She joined Indus Hotels in 2021 and serves as the advocate for the properties and their teams to drive the corporate culture. 她的主要职责是招聘, 保留, 好处, engagement and leading the way to continue to grow the culture of our brand.

The next six years she supported openings of several properties and was quickly promoted to a General Manager. She then helped open the Hollywood Casino as a shift manager and was recruited into her first human resources role in 2013. In 2015 she joined 万豪国际 at the Renaissance Columbus Downtown as their Human Resources Manager.  Having a background in both operations and human resources Becki brings a well-rounded knowledge of the industry to Indus Hotels.

Becki has been married since 2004, and she and her husband have three children. They also are the proud pet parents to two dogs (Great Dane and German Sheppard) and cat.  She is always on the go but her favorite things to do in her free time are anything outdoors, 和家人一起体验新鲜事物, 参加活动(音乐剧), 游戏, 音乐会等.).
